I am currently in-network with all Cigna/Evernorth insurance plans.

I also accept all insurances that allow for out-of-network sessions.
LCATs provide psychotherapy services that can be considered an out-of-network "behavioral health" or "mental health” benefit (depending on your coverage).
I provide an invoice at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement.

Not all clients can rely on coverage through a private insurance plan.
If this is true in your case, I can sometimes offer a sliding scale based on your average earnings or temporary financial situation.
